David C. Hinshaw is a civil and litigation attorney, representing both plaintiffs and defendants: stockholder malpractice, business litigation, real estate litigation, insurance bad faith, personal injury and probate litigation. Mr. Hinshaw has also litigated a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes on behalf of consumers.
Mr. Hinshaw is a graduate of the University of Missouri (B.A. 1972) and Harvard Law School (J.D. 1976). Mr. Hinshaw commenced his law practice in Los Angeles in 1980 and has practiced civil litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts continuously since.
