Andrina G. Hanson

Biography

Andrina G. Hanson is a litigation and appellate attorney. Ms. Hanson has extensive experience in litigating complex civil lawsuits, including Fair Employment and Housing claims, under applicable Government Code sections, such as sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.

Ms. Hanson received her law degree from Loyola Law School in 1986, after serving as the Chief Justice of Loyola’s Scott Moot Court and receiving an American Jurisprudence Award of Excellence.

That same year, Ms. Hanson joined a civil litigation law firm, where she worked as an attorney for over twenty years, primarily in the area of personal injury including elder neglect, major injury accidents, product liability and medical malpractice.  Since 2000, Andrina has focused her legal career on advocating for the rights and safety of individuals in the workplace as well as for the rights of the elderly and disabled people

In addition to successfully resolving cases by way of litigation and mediation, Andrina has authored several appellate court briefs that have resulted in published appellate court decisions protecting individual rights in the State of California.  See Benun v. Superior Court (2004) 123 Cal.App.4th 113 and Birl v. Heritage Care LLC (2009) 172 Cal.App.4th 1313.
